The group called Al-Baqee -- is named after a holy site desecrated by Wahhabi Muslims.
They're mad at Saudi preaching, spending, and recruiting that backs terrorist acts.
They're especially angry about calls by Saudi clerics to destroy Islamic holy shrines in Iraq and Syria.
"Basically, we're protesting the Kingdom's harboring of terrorist elements and an ideology of hatred that they've been kind of storing within their Kingdom that is the basis for terrorism worldwide," Adil Rizvi said.
The fierce fighting between Shia and Sunni Muslims turned much worse in Iraq after one of its holiest shrines was bombed by terrorists last year.
