Worldwide Saudi Campaign Against IFAW

A monitor inside Saudi Arabia affiliated with the Center for Islamic Pluralism has forwarded to CIP an item from the Saudi media that reveals the origin of a global campaign to counter Islamo-Fascism Awareness Week in the U.S. On September 4, the Saudi newspaper Shams reported that the Imam Mohammed bin-Saud Islamic University has begun an internet offensive against David Horowitz, mentioned by name as the organizer of IFAW. The university is generally known among moderate Saudis and other moderate Muslims as the "terrorist factory." (Note: CIP normally does not post its Saudi media reports, which are distributed confidentially for security reasons.)
